We love this simple, authentic but modern Algarve food. Sometimes in summer it is hard to have a table for dinner. On the banks of Ria Formosa, at Cabanas de Tavira, we recommend you their tapas…. And everything else. The anchovy tartine with fresh cheese and figs is gorgeous.

The fresh marinated sardines with mango sauce is a mus. And the small shells …. hmmmm.
